Free Tablet/Smartphone Training for Older Adults

This is a place where older adults can get free self-paced lessons on how to use a tablet or smartphone. A coach works with a learner to provide support and answer questions.The Cafe offers an easy, free, and safe way to learn how to use a tablet or a smartphone. 

The programs covers:

• Basics of a device - how to turn on, use your fingers to perform activities, where the buttons are located, etc.
• Searching the Internet - to find information on any topic
• Getting an email account
• And more - texting, apps, how to use the camera (and access the photos once you do!), using YouTube (millions of videos-of all types).
