PCEC Programs & Services

We offer a variety of Personal Enrichment programs and events throughout the year. Past courses have included photography, painting, technology, and more. Contact us, follow us on Facebook, and check our event calendar for upcoming events.

The Seniors to Seniors Program is a local program to teach senior citizens basic technology skills. These skills include getting to know your device, learning basic navigation, using web browsers, cyber safety, setting up email, sending and receiving emails, and more.

While the instructor is providing the material, the participants are supported by senior high school students from the Seneca Highlands CTC's Technology Networking program as well as student volunteers from local school districts.
