Real Estate Prep Pre-Licensure Exam Class
The Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh offers real estate pre-licensing classes through the REALTORS Educational Institution. Classes prepare students for the state exam via in-person and livestream options, covering core subjects like Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice.
Instruction Options:
- 15 or more participants - an instructor will teach the course at the PCEC Office
- 10 to 15 participants - an instructor will teach the course virtually and it will be live streamed at the PCEC Office
- A miminum of 10 participants is required for the course to be held
Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays starting March 1, 2027 and ending May 12, 2027
Times: 5:30 - 9:30 p.m.
